Kate Adams- Managing Director
“I love working with children because I’m passionate about children’s
learning and development. I love my job! I’m in a enviable position to
be able to steer my setting in creating an environment where children
are given opportunities and are facilitated by my staff to learn new
skills – and I get to laugh every day!”
Kate holds overall responsibility for the setting and is responsible for all financial aspects of the setting, staff training and development of the setting. Kate ensures the business is up to date with childcare initiatives and working best practices, which are then incorporated into our setting to always maintain and uphold high standards. She holds a BA (hons) in Early Childhood Development and is passionate, equally dedicated and committed to providing high quality childcare and early education.
Sarah- Level 3 Early Years Educator and room manager of under 3’s
Sarah started her career with us in 2018, starting as a parent helper. She was employed shortly afterwards, completed her level 2 childcare qualification and has recently completed her level 3. She is a lively, fun and engaging member of our team who works with our pre-school age children. A mum herself, Sarah is caring and kind and ensures the children in our care have a fun learning experience. Sarah manages our pre-school room.

Tessy – Level 3 Early Years Educator
Tessy joined us in June 2021 having completed her student placement with us. She is a calm incredibly caring and consistent member of our team and works with our babies.

Karen – Level 3 Early Years Educator
Joining us in 2023 Karen has worked as a Child Minder for over 10 years and previously worked in various children’s day nursery’s. A mum herself, Karen understands of the importance of offering our children fun and engaging learning opportunities. Working in our pre-school room, Karen also manages our Rockin’ Robins afterschool provision.

Shannon – Level 2 Childcare Assistant
Joining us in October 2023, Shannon has experience working in other nursery’s . Working in our pre-school room, Shannon is outgoing and bubbly and ensures our children receive fun and engaging learning opportunities.

Josh – Childcare Assistant
Josh has worked for the Nursery since 2016 working after school/college and during holidays. He currently works in our Walkers and Talkers room, where he is exceptionally popular with all the children, parents and our staff Team. It is wonderful for the setting to have a positive male role model on our staff team.
